Convenient location close to the airport and within walking distance of key attractions in the city. The heated rooms and comfortable beds offered a cozy stay during the Christmas season.
The breakfast was not up to par with other options in Morocco, with machine-made coffee that tasted like Nescafé and cold scrambled eggs. Some guests also had to request milk and water, which appeared to be tap water instead of bottled.

The hotel is very close to the train station, making it convenient for transportation. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was really good. The staff, especially Kenza and Samir, were accommodating and helpful. The breakfast provided was enjoyable.

The staff were superb, efficient and kind. The hotel was clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the hammam experience and best massage ever. Safe location, well looked after. Easy walking distance to central new town. Room had a terrace.
